Before starting the production process, production samples are prepared. In the sample process, the product is finalized according to the demands of our customers. After the sample is approved, the production phase is started.

Perhaps one of the most important stages in textile production is cutting. With our experienced cutting team and our marker spreading machine, we cut accurately, without wastage and accurately, and evaluate the fabrics in the most efficient way.

Our company made contract embroidery production for exporting companies between 1977-2008. Hereby, thousands of embroidery designs are in our archive. We evaluate our experience in this field by producing in our own embroidery machines and use the most beautiful form of embroidery in our products.

Printed products, the fashion of which is increasing day by day in recent years, are also sought-after and admired products in Funnababy Collections. We work with GOTS certified suppliers who use chemicals that will not harm baby skin for the printed models we have added to our collection. We use digital and rotational printing types and continue to produce the best quality printed products.

You can easily understand the quality of a textile product from its sewing style. Our sewing team always takes the highest care in order to produce both fast and high quality products. This issue also plays an important role in our corporate culture.

The product is now ready to go at the stage where the final controls of the product are made, ironed and packaged. In our Iron-Pack department, final checks are made meticulously, it is confirmed that the product is of the quality that can be shipped, and the product is packaged. Ironing-Package department is also in our own structure.
